Sauna in Norwegen

Our Yoga & Sauna Guide

Why we didn't like Pilates at first – and what has changed you are reading Our Yoga & Sauna Guide 3 minutes

We are true sauna enthusiasts. That deep, enveloping warmth, the cleansing sweat, the subsequent ice bath, and the surge of energy in our veins. There's nothing like it. And if you ask us, nothing complements it better than a grounding yoga session beforehand.

We've always wanted a guidebook for this, so we created one ourselves. For you, for us, and for everyone who wants to share this experience with their yoga and sauna-loving friends.

Every location in this guide is one we've personally visited in recent years. Partner hotels and studios equipped with our yoga props, and saunas that we can honestly say are among the most beautiful we've ever experienced. Saunas with sea views, picturesque mountain panoramas, and spaces so uniquely designed they're works of art.
