in the following called hejhej-mats, arises.
2. Object of agreement
This agreement regulates the sale of yoga equipment through the hejhej-mats online store. Due to the details of the respective offer, reference is made to the product description of the respective offer page.
3. Completion of a contract
3.1 The contract is concluded exclusively in electronic commerce via the shop system. The offers shown here are a non-binding invitation to submit an offer through the customer order, which hejhej-mats can then accept. The order process for concluding the contract includes the following steps in the shop system:
Selection of the offer in the desired specification (color & number)
Insert the offer into the shopping cart via the button ‘add to cart’
Press the button ‘Checkout’
Enter the billing and delivery address
Selection of the payment method
Review and processing of the order and all entries
Click on the button ‘Order now’
Confirmation email that the order has been received
By sending the order confirmation by email, the contract is concluded.
4.1 The shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless stated somewhere else and in written form. During the ordering process and during the final check of the order the exact shipping costs are mentioned.
4.2 The packaging and shipping of our products is carried out by an external service provider. For this purpose, we have chosen WerkStadt Lebenshilfe in Nuremberg. People with a handicap work in this workplace.
5. Terms of payment
The customer has only the following options for payment: advance transfer and PayPal. Further payment methods are not offered and will be rejected.
The invoice amount is to be transferred in advance to the specified account after the receipt of the invoice, which contains all information for the transfer and is sent by e-mail. When using a fiduciary / payment service provider, this allows the provider and customer to process the payment between each other. The fiduciary service / payment service provider forwards the customer’s payment to hejhej-mats. Further information is available on the website of the respective fiduciary service / payment service provider.
The customer is obliged to pay or transfer the amount shown to the account indicated on the invoice within 10 days of receipt of the invoice. Payment is due without deductions from the date of invoice. The customer comes only after reminder in default. A right of retention of the customer, which is not based on the same contractual relationship, is excluded. The set-off with claims of the customer is excluded, unless these are undisputed or legally established.
6.1 Delivery takes place within 3-7 working days. The goods will be sent on two dates during the week: Monday and Thursday.
6.2 hejhej-mats sends the order from the warehouse of the WerkStadt Lebenshilfe (4.2) as soon as the entire order is in stock. The customer will be informed about delays immediately by email. If hejhej-mats has a permanent delivery obstacle and is unable to deliver the goods in the specified delivery period, in particular due to force majeure or non-delivery by own suppliers, although an appropriate hedging transaction was made in good time, both the customer and hejhej-mats have the right to withdraw from the contract with the respective other party.
The customer will be informed immediately and any services received, in particular payments, will be reimbursed by hejhej-mats.
6.3 Vouchers ‘Gift Cards’ will be sent by hejhej-mats immediately after receipt of payment to the customer via email.
6.5 Under the option “Pre-order” sold-out products can be pre-ordered. After the next round of production has been completed, the customer will be informed immediately about the exact delivery date.
7. Revocation and return policy
7.1 Es besteht ein 14 tägiges Widerrufsrecht. Items such as coupons are excluded from return. The return of yoga mats is possible within 14 days. If the customer is not satisfied with a product, contact hejhej-mats via email at email@example.com.

Claims for damages of the customer are excluded, unless otherwise stated for the following reasons. This also applies to the representative and vicarious agent of hejhej-mats if the customer raises these claims for damages. Excluded are claims for damages of the customer due to injury to life, body, health or essential contractual obligations, which must necessarily be fulfilled in order to achieve the contractual objective. Likewise, this does not apply to claims for damages after grossly negligent or intentional breach of duty by the provider or his legal representative or vicarious agent.
10. Prohibition of assignment and pledging
Claims or rights of the customer against hejhej-mats may not be assigned or pledged without hejhej-mat’s consent, unless the customer has demonstrated a legitimate interest in the assignment or pledge.
11. Severability clause
The ineffectiveness of a provision of these terms and conditions has no effect on the effectiveness of the other provisions.
